Before you can become a certified caregiver (HCA-C) in Washington state, you need to complete a 75-hour basic caregiving training program. Sunrise Service’s program meets all DSHS requirements and prepares you for the state exam.
GTP helps clients who are aging or permanently physically disabled and struggling with either a serious mental illness or dementia. With this job, you can help the people in your community who need it most.
At Sunrise, we pay for many of our employees’ initial licensing and continuing education requirements. If you start a caregiving job with us, we pay you to earn your Washington state HCA-C license and pay for CE (Continued Education) training for license renewal.
