Ashley Lincoln, Children’s Support Specialist (August)
Ashley has prioritized the kids who live at the home and is a trusted mentor to staff. They feel confident and secure bringing house concerns to Ashley. She is a great team leader. Seemingly tireless, she works additional shifts when needed, especially those shifts no one else will take. Taylor described how Ashley makes the clients and staff feel supported. She feels the program runs smoothly and much of the credit for that should go to Ashley.
Amy Kevorkian, Chemical Dependency Counselor (November)
Amy is appreciated for her ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude in what can sometimes be a chaotic work environment. She puts great effort into documenting her encounters with each client to ensure anyone who looks at the record can know what is happening with the client. Her supervisors appreciate Amy’s commitment to providing quality care to each client she works with. She is described as compassionate and dedicated. In addition to all she does for her clients, she always finds the time to lend a helping hand to her co-workers.
