Welcome aboard Lindsy Hubby, New CPP Director

Lindsy Hubby named new Director of Community Placement Programs

We would like to congratulate our newest Sunrise Director, Lindsy Hubby, as he assumes his role as head of the Community Placement Programs Division. Lindsy comes well prepared from our Roads to Community Living Program. As Director, Lindsey will be coordinating the multi-faceted programs of Adult Family Homes, Enhanced Services Facility, Expanded Community Services, Geriatric Transitions, Health Homes, Roads to Community Living and Washington Roads Program.

Lindsy also brings to the table years of experience in management, and a stint as interim CEO of another Social Services Organization. Lindsy is also a retired Lt. Colonel having served in the United States Marine Corps as an Aviator.

Married for 41 years to his high school sweetheart, Lindsey and his wife Pat have three grown children; the oldest, Erica, works for large Public Relations firm in Portland. Middle son, Jake, is a Lynnwood PD School Resource officer, and their youngest, Nikki, is a PE teacher at a private classical education school in Kirkland. His wife, Pat, is a Caregiver for Sunrise. They also have 7 grandchildren.

When he is not working, Lindsy likes to spend his free time cycling on a Tandem bicycle, mentoring other men and attending his grand-kids sporting events.
Looking ahead to his new role, Lindsy says “I am gratified that our department works with some of the most needy, challenging and wonderful people in our State. Our goal is first and foremost to have impact….be effective in our client’s lives. Our second goal is to support and nurture team building and servant leadership. Our third goal is to be profitable, for without funds, we cannot help people. I am thankful to have this opportunity to serve.”

We are thankful for you Lindsy and wish you much success as Director of the Community Placement Programs.
